Throughout the year I run several yoga workshops which are always very well attended. Workshops are a great addition to practising at a general class, as they allow you to explore yoga at deeper level. Favourites amongst those who attend my classes are Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. Yoga retreats are the perfect antidote to the stress of modern life. Spending time and sharing energy with like-minded people can be extremely healing and nourishing for the soul. It can help to increase self-confidence and is a wonderful way to allow new friendships to blossom. The extra time that you have can be the perfect way to get creative, or improve certain aspects of your practice that you may feel stuck in.
