Join Callie for a somatic movement lesson to gently awaken, refresh and restore your body back into balance.

As springtime approaches you may feel inspired to move your body and release the residue of winter from your bones.


This somatic movement class will unfold at a relaxed pace and offer you a selection of floor-based movements that diffuse tension, soften rigidity and create space throughout your structure.


Move from the contraction of winter into a softer, more receptive and expanded way of being. 


I am touching a few leaves.

I am noticing the way the yellow butterflies
move together, in a twinkling cloud, over the field.
I am thinking:maybe jut looking and listening is the real work.
Maybe the world, without us,
is the real poem.
